How to order our products

 1.We will accept your order with E-mail or Fax order form.
   please print out and use it.
   when you will use E-mail, please fill out as follows.

   select how to delivery:      EMS or Airmail or SAL or SurfaceMail (we recommend EMS)
   select how to make payment:  Paypal or Bank wire transfers or International Postal Money Order
                    
 2.Payment method
   We would like you to make payment on a Yen basis.
   we accept Paypal and Bank wire transfers and International Postal Money Orders.
   delivery is not included in the price. the cost of the delivery will be assumed by custumer.

 3.After we accept your order, we will reply to your order within 5 business days.
   If you will not accept our reply, we couldn't accept your order for any reason.
   please contact us again.
   if we don't have your order in stock, in that case we couldn't accept your order.
               
   when we reply to your order, we will show total price(product price plus postage which you select).
   if you agree to total price, please make payment of the price on a yen basis.
   we will wait for your payment for one week. 
   if you will not pay until that time, your order will be nullified.

 4.After we make sure your payment, your goods will be shipped with package right away.  
   we will imform you with E-mail or Fax when we ship.

   our products are inspected at the company.if our toy is damaged in any way or doesn't function 
   properly, please send it back our company within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly replace
   it free of charge.
              
 about our products

   you could find some small manufacturing process scratches on your tin toy products.
   these have been left there on purpose, as re-touching by hand as was often done on 
   original toys can be much more noticeable than the scratches themselves.

 Cautions

   don't try to disassemble our products as it may result in injury.
   our products are only for collector's use.
   we wouldn't recommend for children under 15 years old.
   use correct batteries and correct position of it.
   remove batteries after use.
